This is a vintage sterling silver Navajo-made statement necklace featuring a modernist pendant set with bezel set turquoise, mother of pearl, and coral cabochons. The stones are accented with a fan shape, curved form and raindrops, all framed within a two-part curved silver structure accented with hashmarks. The pendant is permanently affixed to a striking strand of alternating bench and elongated melon beadsβbench beads in 8mm and 12mm sizes and impressive 31mm long melon beads. The necklace is strung on link chain for strength and finished with a sturdy hook and eye clasp. Though unsigned, which is common for vintage Native American pieces, the craftsmanship and style speak to its Navajo origin and 1970s roots.
