This is a vintage sterling silver Navajo-made necklace that blends traditional craftsmanship with historic Americana. The centerpiece is a sandcast silver naja featuring a turquoise cabochon framed in twist wire. Each side of the necklace has three antique Morgan silver dollars—dated 1885, 1886, and 1890 on the left, and 1889, 1901, and 1883 on the right. The 14mm beads were each handmade from pairs of vintage Mercury dimes. The necklace is strung on foxtail chain and secured with a sturdy handmade hook and eye clasp. This piece was restrung by a Navajo artist in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is not hallmarked.
