1970s Julie Miller of California Long Sleeve Maxi Dress

Gorgeous vintage Julie Miller navy blue maxi dress! A beautiful rosette detail is at the neckline, and it needs to be "tacked" onto the left side of the dress. Ankle length, long sleeve, zips up the back. Truly stunning piece. This dress is 50 years old and is in fabulous condition. I have not found any holes or stains. There is no fabric listed; I think it is polyester. Tag reads: machine wash, warm; delicate, cycle; tumble dry low. There is no size listed. There is a bit of stretch to the fabric.
