1970s Jerell of Texas Knit Mini Dress/Tunic –Teal/White Stripes, Estimated XS–S

This vintage dress is in excellent condition for its age. It could be worn as a mini dress or a tunic top. There is not a ton of wear present other than the inside tag and no stains that I noted on the dress itself. Raw hems on the inside of the dress. There is no size tag, but estimated to best fit a women's XS–S. Flat measurements: 17" chest (pit to pit), 30" length Please compare with a favorite garment for best fit.
