He is wearing a red felt shirt, matching pants and hat. His shirt and hat is trimmed with white material. He has a tuff of white hair above his eyebrows and has a white beard. He has a slit on his back for coins to be inserted. You open it by removing the head. This adorable mouse bank was manufactured in the United States in 1970 by Royalty Industries, Inc. It is made of durable plastic and is approximately 10.5 inches tall. The item is highly collectible and often found with a "Central Bank" tag, as shown in pics.
