1968 Americana collection great moments in history. "Boston Tea Party" by J W Dants. Decanter, KY Bourbon whiskey. White rectangle shaped glass bottle and stopper. Lithograph of the Boston Tea Party on the front of this special living history bottle. Embossed on the bottom, Americana number one, Boston Tea Party by Lawrence H. Butcher/J W Dant/1968. The decanter is empty and at one time held traditional Kentucky sour mash bourbon 8 years old and 86 proof. Truly a whiskey for the connoisseur. There is an American eagle with wings spread holding a shield embossed on the top of the bottle stopper. Condition: Bottle is free of any damage. Lithograph is clean and free of tears. The only thing I saw was a small bit of plastic above the Cork was brittle and some broken off. See my photo. This is added protection so the stopper doesn't touch the glass The cork is in good condition The back of the bottle features a large eagle with American shield. Measures 9 3/8 inches tall 4 3/8 inches wide. 2 1/2 inch deep. Non smoking pet free home.
