I’m just sharing this piece of history My aunt went to Israel to live on a kibbutz to help fight the SIX DAY WAR in June of 1967 She kept this and when I went to visit her in Australia in the 80s She passed it on to me 56 YRS LATER ……….🥲🥲🥲🥲 IYKYK What has happened and is continuing is just a reminder that we need PEACE ☮️.

vtgimage @wesamelbo I would actually be very interested in hearing from someone directly instead of the news or online. All I know is how I was raised. “ to never forget “. From my earliest memories , the Holocaust, was a constant reminder. We were to feel proud and special as we were all that’s left That only 15 million Jewish ppl live and about how important it was to marry and claim your children as Jewish. Idk anything else but I have NO hate in my heart

vtgimage @wesamelbo I just don’t know.about the other side of it. Educate me . All I remember is my father speaking about how Yitzak Rabin who was a dove 🕊️ for peace he was pushing for PEACE. But was gun downed for doing so. We were never taught any malice. We know what we know and you know something different. So I welcome your perspective

But they took it and turned a desert into an oasis I fear everyday how this will end. My brother rn law is leaving in January to join the army. His wife is so upset and has been hiding his passport

vtgimage @gidget368s yea it is sad all around. I tell both of my kids not to wear any of there necklaces or bracelets that indicate their background. It’s very scary now. It’s time for change of leadership on both parts . I support protesting , but I also support educating yourself on how and why we got here . Again on both sides :) it’s the babies and children that hurt my ♥️ and the hostages hid knows how many are even alive 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

vtgimage @gidget368s that’s the problem , ppl have forgotten and the narrative has changed. For Israel that is like a 9/11 , losing that many ppl some kids just celebrating Sukot Just dancing. And the ppl in kibbutz they live off the land it’s like a community. Harmless individuals. On the other side I also know how they feel like they are prisoners no one wanted Hamas. They all wanted peace ✌🏻

vtgimage @muthaluvvintage no comparison to yours VINTAGE is my one true love. I really didn’t have a choice but to sell my 40 yrs now worth of buying collecting items. My mom was a big designer and my dad owned the labels back in the late 60s and 70s. My older brother got me into the vintage Levi, Lee, and other vintage denim He and I opened up a boutique. We use to hit the raghouses around the tri state area in the 90s. He did a lot of exporting. I did more of the fashion and trends for the time.

vtgimage @muthaluvvintage so when I look at your closet you bring me back to my days when we had the boutique on the Main Street of Rutgers Univeristy. I still have sooo many pieces of clothing to sell but I only kept a few items for the boutique. now I try and pick up my mom and dads labels Yves Jennet and Emilio Borghese. My mom and my brother who was my partner passed away in 1995. I was in my early 20s so neither got to see me married or meet my kids
