Lovely, vintage collectible, 1966 decorative plate. This plate was made in west Germany and the artist is Joan Walsh Anglund. This plate is meant for display purposes only. The scene looks a little Irish to me, and is precious. This is the September plate. I see no flaws. See photos for details. It has a wire for hanging.
