1964 Disneyland Its A Small -book & long playing record

This record is from 1964 and has a full color book attached to the sleeve. The book is showing some wear but is still very readable(see photos) the lower staple has come undone from the last few pages but the upper staple is still in place. The record is two sided with a Part 1 and Part 2. The song from the ride is printed on the other side of the sleeve.
