Authentic early 1960s men’s sport coat tailored for The Hub in Redding, California.
Union made in the USA under the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America (ACWA), using the post-1956 globe label.
Classic single-breasted with a notched lapel, welted chest pocket, and double rear vent. Lined in mustard satin with woven geometric dot pattern. Blue inner pocket lining, common in midcentury tailoring.
Fabric is a soft yellow wool with subtle flecks of olive and golden brown, woven in a fine ribbed twill that gives it texture without a bold pattern. In photos, it may appear more tan or camel, but in person it reads closer to soft yellow or yellow ochre. A standout color in early 1960s sport coats, often styled with gray trousers or autumnal tones.
