1960s Vintage Mid Century Little Black Dress with Black Velvet and Tiered Hem

Vintage Mid Century sleeveless shirt black dress from Franklin Simon New York. Velvet bust, three flouncy tiers, fully lined in linen. Zips up the back with velvet bow closure. Still has plastic from hang tag attached, could be unworn. Two tiny broken stitches, one in bust point and one on the waist. Not noticeable except on close inspection for listing. Easy fix or ignore.
