1960s Vintage Designer Big Bubble Beret Hat Tan and Orange Trim Hattie Carnegie

A 1960s Mod vintage high fashion style high big beret style hat in tan straw with a bright orange ribbon band and big orange back bow. A head turning hat. By Hattie Carnegie. Miss Carnegie. This beret style hat sits to the back of the head and it very puffy and tall. It can be worn slightly to side also. It is unlined cellophane straw that is flexible. The ribbon outer hatband is stiffened and is meant to show. A smaller size as in the 60s. The inner band is 21". It doesn't pull down, but sits higher as in the Sixties. In very good condition with some slight soil along the inside of the orange band. A small mark on the left side in the back.
