There is stretch. ▫️size 40: fits a modern Medium, 6/8 ▫️19” pit to pit ▫️19” waist across ▫️22” shoulder to hem (length) ▫️20” shoulder seam to end of sleeve ▫️item is vintage, expect normal aged wear.
