1960s MCM Vintage Ruffle Amber Glass Lady Liberty Hand Vase Goblet

Unique amber glass vase shaped as a glass goblet held by a hand. I see no flaws on this piece. There’s a part of the top where the ruffle is a bit lower than the other ruffles, you can see it in pictures, but I do not believe it is a chip off. I think it’s just the way it was made because it FEELS smooth. Feel free to bundle and add items so we can work out a deal!
