1960s Kay Windsor Evening Gown

This dress is the epitome of class! It is a simple black gown with black metallic fringe at neck and wrists. This gown is in excellent condition. There are no rips, stains, or tears. The only issue is 1 string that came unfolded (see pic with my finger). Bust=18 There is no size tag. I bought when I was a 6/8, and it fit. I never had the right occasion to wear it and am now a 14/16.
