1960s 70s Vintage Dress w Vest Long sleeve Hand Made

This is an amazing tweed patterned dress with a vest, this amazing 2 piece set is in very good condition. It is long sleeved, and has the much loved big collar that can be worn up or down it the back. This dress is hand made and does not have a tag or size , please check the measurements for sizing. Zippered front on the dress and button up front on the vest. Approximate Measurements are: DRESS Pit to pit 19" Waist 16" Length from shoulder 39" Sleeve 23" VEST Pit to pit 18"
