Gorgeous 1950s white peignoir by Rogers, with beautiful lace inserts and trim. This is a two-piece set that includes a nightgown and robe. The nightgown features a lovely bodice with gathered cups and a scalloped lace neckline. It has a panel waist with a center lace detail and two white satin ribbons to tie in the back. The back is low and fabric is crossed. The shoulder straps are made of sheer chiffon. The hem boasts a 3" length of scalloped lace. It's in excellent condition. The robe is a "fly away" style, with two buttons at the top. The wide portrait collar is trimmed with the same wide, lovely lace as the nightgown. It is made of sheer chiffon, as are the puffed voluminous sleeves. It is in excellent condition. This set would be a wonderful gift for a bride or for yourself!
