1950's Susan Gail Black Leather Handbag with gold tone hardware

This bag is gorgeous! It is from a family member who received it as a gift. The handbag was purchased at the well known department store Julius Garfinckel & Co. (closed in 1990). The store was a prominent department store in Washington DC that catered to a clientele of wealthy customers. The bag is in good used condition. See photos for details. You will get many more years out of this bag. It is stylish piece of history. You will be the talk of the town when using this handbag. There is a small rip on the inside to the left of the zippered compartment. It does not affect the functionality. I gave this bag a good cleaning and also conditioned it with leather conditioner. For it's age it's in great condition.
