1950's Sanforized Pajama Top

Fedcal brand flannel pajama top from the 1950's in an all-over medallion print. Single chest pocket, crossover v-neck, super soft 100% cotton, squared off neckline in the back. In very good vintage condition with some pilling to the fabric, but no major damage or staining. Marked size A (which I'm assuming means all) but fits like a men's size M/L. Measurements taken from flat: Shoulder: 18" Sleeve: 21.5" Pit to pit: 20" Length: 27" Across hem: 20"
