Good and functioning condition with vintage wear - Please examine photos closely, as clearly theres vintage paint rub-off mostly on the base. The paint is still going strong on the toy soldier boy. As seen in photos, you can swivel his legs and hips - unknown if that's by design or if part of vintage aging. Also note his right arm detaches if you pull it out, but it easily goes back in securely. The painting on the arms and torso were meant to keep his arms in place, but the paint at his right arm no longer prevents having his arm pulled out.
