Charming dark blue cotton organza with a crinoline underskirt + several extra skirt layers underneath. White polka-dots. Halter connects via two hooks & loops. A textured white cotton band runs across the empire waist and around mid-back. Appears handmade. Fits sizes S/M but see measurements to confirm. Snug in ribcage.
