1950s Lefton China Gold Wheat Design And On Edge Of White Set of 4 Salad Plates

Rare find: This item is hard to come by. These rare Lefton fine China plates were made in the 50s by Lefton China. All 4 of the 8 1/8 inch Lefton gold wheat design salad plates still bear the original Lefton Japan, red and silver sticker on the backside. They are beautiful white glossy plates with gentle scalloped edge trimmed in gold and hand painted. A very 50s gold wheat design. The center of each wheat has a fine raised texture. This sale is for a set of four, 8 1/8" salad plates in very nice vintage condition. The plates show no sign of use. The only flaw I could find was a tiny pin dot size black Speck on one plate. See my photos pointing it out with a pen. These mid century plates are made of high quality Bone China and hand wash only is recommended for care instructions. Pattern number 20230.
