1950’s Cocktail Wiggle Dress, Black Velvet and Cream Shimmery Top, Small Gorgeous hourglass hugging dress circa 1950’s Made in Switzerland Black velvet witty a cream top adorned with shimmery leaves Excellent condition except there is some yellowing under arms. They should come out with a soak or hand wash , I haven’t tried. I’m pricing as is Waist is elastic and will fit up to a 27” comfortably. Bust will fit up to a 34” comfortably.
