1950’s Black Velvet Fascinator Hat

Circa 1950’s vintage black velvet millinery hat (cocktail hat) and was popular from the 1920s through the 1960s. The hat is constructed from black velvet with a distinct design featuring velvet leaves. It is further decorated with small, dangling velvet balls. It has a label reading “22 1/2”. Great condition.
