1948 Weil 7 Color Circus and Dutch Design Mechanical Humming Top

Beautiful lithographed metal toy from Weil Brothers, Newark, NJ. See the photo of a 1948 ad in the final image, I believe it is the #504 or #503. Made in USA. Good antique conditon with some surface scuffs. Wooden handle and metal body. The top pole appears to be off center and I do not know if that impacts usability.
