Authentic U.S. Army Officer’s Regulation Overcoat, officially issued in 1942 during World War II. This piece was manufactured under Quartermaster contract W-669-qm-20607 by U.S. Wool, LLC and features the original brown satin lining with regulation label intact. Features: - Original 1942 Quartermaster tag (Philadelphia Q.M. Depot, dated 8/11/42) - Size 37S (Short) - Material: Wool Doeskin O.D. (Olive Drab) - Double-breasted front with matching belt - Fully lined in brown satin - Regulation “Army Officer’s Overcoat” patch inside lining - Distinct WWII-era shawl collar design Condition: The coat shows some surface moth grazing and a few small spots of wear consistent with age. No major tears or missing buttons. The lining shows light wear but remains intact. Overall, an impressive and display-worthy WWII collectible that remains wearable and structurally solid. Measurements (approximate; taken lying flat): 21” pit to pit, 19” shoulder point to point, 24” shoulder point to cuff, 33.5” collar to hem, and 20” across the belt
