1940s-1950s vintage 3-piece swimsuit/playsuit set!

1940s - 1950s vintage amazing 3-piece red and white bathingsuit /swimsuit / playsuit by Petti! Made from textured cotton. The top has ties that are detachable so it can also be worn strapless. There is a strap on the back that is elasticized for a good fit that attaches with buttons. The top has overall slight bit of even fade. A bit of wear on the straps and a button hole. The bottoms have a cute ruffle on the front and the whole backside has elasticized ruching with a lot of stretch. They have a small area where there is a tiny bit of color bleeding of the red onto the white. It isn’t noticeable when worn. There is a tiny bit of yellowing on the crotch and a few small holes on the lining at the crotch. The whole bathing suit has been hand washed and laid flat to dry. The jacket has a button at the waist and small removable shoulder pads. It has a tiny bit of color bleeding of the red onto the white on the back of the waist. It’s not noticeable when worn. The top would probably fit a 32”-34” bust. Bottoms waist: 12.5” unstretched - 14” stretched measured across.
