Unique ooak dress has little attached drape scarf collar, I couldn't decide if it goes in front or back? The little collar has openings shown 4th pic. I never had a dress with this...so not sure what that would be for? 3 tiered layer skirt, layers do not go all the way around back. ergochloes I love 40's dresses and it's so true, they are hard to find. I'm always hoping to find 30's dresses, my holy grail. The 2 openings could be for dress clips...those were quite common then.
