This true vintage 40s wool skirt is well constructed with excellent matching of the plaid and a slot seam down the center front that opens to a pleat. Two panels in front, three in back. The maker didn’t put in the zipper. The side seam is prepared for a lapped zipper. (You can learn this technique online.) A vintage metal skirt zipper is included with this skirt. The mannequin has 26" waist and 36" hips. Waist flat measure 13 1/2” (total 27") Hip flat measure 18 3/4” (total 37 1/4") Center front length below the waist band 25 1/2” In excellent condition.
