1940s nipped waist New Look evening jacket silk beaded rhinestone Deco cocktail

In very good vintage condition it looks like someone had started to let the sleeves down and didn’t complete. Please note that the. photo of the full length of the jacket has unusual lighting from my light setup. It does not have any fading. The first photo is the most accurate depiction of what the jacket looks like. Also in the under arm seem there is an opening about 1 inch and he seems to separation of about 2 inches. Both of these look like they could be easily fixed The other under arm looks OK bust measured flat across 19 waist 13.5 length 24.5 shoulders 14.5.
