Simplicity 4994 Size 14/32" bust Complete with instructions (it didn't look like it at first but I think it was in factory fold. But since it didn't look like it I unfolded the pieces to count and they are all in pristine condition with no pinholes or unnatural bends or fold. I put it back in its folded condition) Printed, manufacture cut.
