1940s Oval Salem China Serving Platter Tray Victory Post War Design

An awesome 1940s table serving platter/tray. This cream colored Salem China Company plate was made in Ohio and features a Godey Victorian Lady print in the center with a rib rim and handles on both sides. This ceramic serving tray is quite old, 80 plus years old and is in remarkably used vintage condition. Normal light crazing for its years on the backside, some light browning of the glaze and one fine hairline mark and one teeny tiny chip. See my pictures with pen pointing it out on the bottom of one handle. Price reflecting condition. Dimensions 14 inches handled a handle. 11 inches top to bottom and 1 1/8 inch high. Non smoking pet home.
