1940’s Dress that needs TLC 🖤

This is such a beautiful dress, but as you can see from the photos she needs love. I’d guess this is a handmade piece from the 1940’s. Feels like wool and has the most stunning details. It won’t fit my mannequin, so I’m guessing it would best fit an XXS or XS. The price is so low to reflect the damage. As you can see in the photos, she unfortunately has many little holes and a tear near one shoulder. 🖤
