1940'S Vintage Dorette Gold Snakeskin Powder Compact Original Tags, Puff & Box

1940'S Vintage Dorette Gold Snakeskin Powder Compact Original Tags, Puff & Box Gorgeous UNUSED genuine snakeskin compact from the 1940's manufactured in France by Dorette.  Outside is a golden tan snakeskin with snakeskin and gold tone closure.  Inside contains the original pink powder puff with pink satin finger loop and the Dorette Creation hang tag still attached. Underneath the puff is the mesh powder cover with intricately sewn pink satin border and pull tab. Beneath the powder cover is a white powder compartment, totally clean and ready for use.  Inner mirror has the original 2 stickers, one reads "hand Made" and the other "Genuine Snake Skin". The mirror itself does show signs of age, you can still see your reflection and the mirror is firmly in place for use but I'm sure it can easily be replaced if you so chose.  The compact measures 3" x 3" with a depth of .75". This item comes in its ORIGINAL box with Dorette in red script on the bottom right of the box lid.  Please see all photos, smoke free environment.
