1937 Vintage Paul Janert Artist Signed Framed Oil Painting of Young Boy

Including frame, picture measures roughly 15” x 12,” and is signed “P. Janert 1937.” It’s rather simple and rustic, and the frame appears to be hand carved with a tulip pattern, and painted gold. The backing paper has apparently become brittle and fallen off over time, but painting is firmly secured in frame. Sold as pictured.
