this is a 1932 vintage Arizona license plate in good shape for as old as it is this is back when they started making the license plates out of copper to support the copper Industries and I believe the HD stands for heavy duty but then again I could be wrong in good shape for The Collector the size is approximately 10 in x 5 and 1/4
