1930s Vintage Battlesteins Houston Velvet Evening Jacket Women Union Tag Boho

1930s era velvet lined open front jacket/cardigan. It has an excellent shimmer and sheen in the light. Has light shoulder pads. Shoulders also have a decorative flowy epaulettes. The pallet appear to have had two buttons a piece at one time but now only have one. You are able to see on the jacket when looking closely- noted in pictures. Buttons appear to be made from glass with a coating that is now flaking off to expose the material underneath. Lining and seams appear to be in great condition. This is a gorgeous piece of history.
