Set of Six Stunning Dunbar Hand Blown Glass Tumblers in the prized Aramis pattern. So rate! Made in Dunbar, West Virginia in the 1930's.
Sometimes called Pearl Diver glasses for the cocktail, these hand blown sculptural glasses are flared at the top like an inverted bell. The ribbed / rolled base design is described sometimes as horizontal stacked pancakes. Pale marigold with an iridescent luster.
SIZE: Each measures 5" tall. Diameter 3.5” at rim and 2.5” at base. They hold 10 oz.
CONDITION: Very good vintage condition free of cracks and chips. Each glass has some color loss - some more than others (see photos eight and nine to see the range). Most also have some minor, tiny scratches or marks visible on very close inspection. A selection is shown in the last photo.
