1930s Black Velvet Maxi Dress Art Deco Gown Vintage

This 1930s velvet maxi dress exudes an Art Deco elegance, perfect for formal occasions. Beautiful pleated shoulder sleeves with a velvet sashes in the front and back. Netting is underneath the sashes and pleating and is not seen when worn, but helps support the structure of the garment.
