Marked on the back of the clip with a patent number 1801128 which corresponds to a patent for Anthony E Waller's designs. In very good vintage condition, some slight wear but overall looks very nice and is incredibly sparkly! Measurements: Approximately 1  3/ 4 inches by 1  11/16 inches long
