1920s gold Whiting and Davis soldered mesh purse with tassel and etched frame

Beautiful 1920s soldered gold mesh purse by Whiting and Davis. It has a delicate chain linked handle and a fun hanging tassel on the bottom. The frame has an art deco style etched design. Inside on one side of the frame is the Whiting and Davis Co. name and on the other side is the numeral 2. It's in very good condition. There is some darkening on the frame where the soldering was done. It measures 8.75" long, from top of kiss clasp to end of tassel. The handle drop is 6.5" to the point where it attaches to the bag.
