This is a genuine antique newspaper clipping dated Sept. 1917, featuring Uncle Sam endorsing Formaldehyde – The Farmer's Friend. A fantastic piece of WWI-era agricultural and chemical advertising.
The reverse side includes period farming/home economics content, including the article "How to Blanch Kale" and additional 1910s agricultural tips — a great snapshot of early 20th-century rural life.
