1900s Antique Victorian French Gilt Oval Picture / Photo Frame 9" x 11"

This is a very rare find and very old Wooden Gilded Frame French Empire, Victorian Style 9x11 measurements: the diameter of 9 inches wide and the height is 11 inches Tall. Th is piece is in good Antique condition, a few spots of damage as shown in the photos, for details please see pictures, the pictures are part of the description I believe this to be a picture frame but it could have easily been a mirror also.
