The diamonds are on the woman's headpiece, earring, and necklace. Has white gold accents around cameo that are made to resemble diamonds. Can be worn as either a brooch or a pendant. Measurements: Just over 2" x 1.5"Weight: 12.7 grams Very good condition for its age. Cameo has been professionally tested for 18k gold. Pin part works perfectly. Pin looks like it may have been replaced since it is not yellow gold like the rest of the piece. Also has a stamp on bottom of piece that is hard to make out.C omes with a gift box.
