18K Gold-Bonded Sterling Silver “Veronese” Italian Byzantine Chain

Beautiful textured “Veronese” byzantine chain made in Italy. This beautiful textured chain measures approx. 21” and features a silver-tone magnetic closure. The ends of the chain are marked “.925” and “Italy” on one end; and the “Swirl V” logo on the other, representing “Veronese”, a term created by QVC for a technique of bonding 18K gold to silver, to make a long lasting, rich gold color. It is similar to rolled gold. It is possible the original closure was replaced at some point because the silver-tone does not match the gold finish of the necklace. However, it is easy to put on/take off! Includes new gift box (see photos). In excellent pre-owned condition
