Frame size 12.5 x 7 inch Stock size roughly is 9 x 4 inch The stock certificate has Brown stains, and top right corner is curled. Not sure what the back looks like. Condition: the glass is a little bit loose, if you shake it, it moves around. It is slightly dusty
