1888 EAPG Dew Drop AKA Hobnail Double Eye 7" x 4" Dish by Columbia Glass Co.

Wow, 137 years and still fabulous! Thrilling to hold such a beautiful piece from 1888. Its is awesome condition condition. Corners and feel a bit rough and some of the hobnails which is consistent with the age or mold seams from the hand pressing of the glass but otherwise really nice. Please ZOOM in to see all those wonderful luscious hobnails. The textural delight of this piece makes it a wonderful decor accent or vanity piece that draws your eye, and knowing it's a piece of American History from late 1800s is a great feeling. It actually looks quite modern if you ask me and can fit into a modern decor easily.
