1800’s Rare Belleek Plate Ireland encrusted with Gold & Hand painted Flowers

This plate is one of the earliest Belleek pieces made by the Belleek Factory in Ireland. It is a rare, red early mark from the 1800’s. It is encrusted with gold trim along with hand painted flowers in the center. There are typical firing marks and imperfection on the gold rim. This piece is truly rare since most of the earliest pieces were marked like the plate except they were marked in black. I have a large collection of the old Belleek pieces. The old pieces are really interesting as compared to pieces sold now. It’s amazing that it survived all these hundred seventy some years! Non smoking Home. Fast & Careful Shipper!
