18” round aqua crochet table topper. Not sure if it’s handmade or not but pretty

Beautiful Aqua 18” circular crochet table topper. It was my mom’s. No broken threads or stains. I remember them as a kid they would starch them and iron them to make the end’s stand up. But now a days not many people do that. #8
