White dress, with accents of navy blue ribbon with white polka dots. I cut the tag, because it was bother my baby's neck. So I don't know the brand. But the dress was worn 2 times, & it is so cute on! Washed, Clean,not marks or stains, ironed, & ready for another little girl. Pair with red or navy shoes... Adorable 😍
